  • Failure to verify a Cash on Delivery (COD) order where verification is required

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Zoashi reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For eligible UAE orders, customers may choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

Customers are expected to accept and pay for confirmed COD orders upon delivery.

Zoashi reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD purchases for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries without a valid reason.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
