You will not normally be charged additional shipping fees solely because we choose to fulfill an order in multiple shipments.

12. Returns and Refunds

Zoashi currently provides eligible customers with a 15-day return period beginning from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.
